We are working to make Ubuntu 16.04 fully functional image with CedarX(Allwinner's proprietary multimedia library for hardware accelerated video) integrated to VLC. Also we are adding all arm-Mali user space libs for OpenGL.VLC maybe is only player that can use CedarX library.
