Neo is a high-end version of the PlayStation 4 console with more powerful hardware. The real question was is PS4 will be abble to hande 4k games.Assuming hothardware.com Sony's current plans, the PS4 Neo will use the same Jaguar cores as the original PS4, but clocked 500MHz faster, with 8 cores racing along at 2.1GHz (up from 1.6GHz). It will also sport the same 8GB GDDR5 memory as the regular PS4, though memory bandwidth jumps from 176GB/s to 218GB/s, a 1.24x improvement.

Google released Android for Intel based ChromeBooks. AND CrossOver for Android installed and ran on a Google ChromeBook. Steam Client can be install into CrossOver for Android and run LIMBO and other games.This version have DirectX 9 support, keyboard support, mouse support, and sound support.

Google make public the 5th and final developer preview of Android 7.0 Nougat. Official Nougat should be available later this summer. Version 7 device list is Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, General Mobile 4G Android smartphone, Nexus 9 and Pixel C tablets and the Nexus Player TV box.

In 1994 - 1995 when PlayStation One come out there was one more big player called Sega Saturn CD. Sega combine 2 cpu (2x Hitachi SH-2 @ 28.6 MHz) - and 2 gpu (VDP1 & VDP2 video display processors) and one sound (Yamaha YMF292 ) together to be able to make most powerful console at that time.
